Kakashi is able to copy Obito's intangibility technique. he uses this against Obito in his next attack. while they are both attempting to strike
as was seen. Obito had to use this technique to avoid Naruto's blow, but is wide open to Kakashi's attack.
obito will be wounded badly and this is where we will learn why Kakashi had to kill Rin, if he indeed did. and obito will see Kakashi did it to save Rin

yeah thats why i put wounded instead, he'll probably use a Rinnegan tech to avoid kakashi's attack
