BINGO BOOKBingo book is a book that contains information about high ranked ninjas of the world who possess a greater threat. The universal bingo book, is a system used in the Ninja World which keeps record of all those Ninjas, and is available to all. A role-player can showcase his/her skills in the role-play to earn the rank and be recognized as a world class ninja. The book follows a standard way of assigning ranks and bounty through skill and NOT posts.

NPC's BINGO BOOKThe following is the list NPCs with the rank and bounty, the bingo book basically provides you a way to measure your skill against the NPCs ranks. The higher the rank of an NPC is the more effort you will have to put in to actually obtain that NPC for the RP, or go against it in the story. Now note this does not mean defeating that NPC, it means to show a mature attitude of an RPier and role-play the best you can to canvas your abilities. Even if you lose, and you gave it all without meaningless arguments you have earned the right to advance to a whole new level.
