[Predictions] Naruto Manga Chapter 608 Discussion and 609 Predictions

I don't understand how ppl are giving this chapter a 5/5 or loving it...We waited two weeks for a chapter I could summarize in 3 pictures: 1. guy using Hirudora against Susanoo
2. Naruto blocking Susano and Obito
3. Kakashi using kamui on himself (with apparently infinite chakra)

We wait each week now for a chapter with maybe 3 good scenes out of 17 pages? I'm sorry but its a 1/5 for me until things change. Hope other agree.

Fact that kakashi and gai still moving alone is kishi trolling, heck fact that they arent dead due to low chakra is impossible. Back when kakashi was fighting tobi he noted that his reserves when he created a kage bunshin, he later used 4 kamui's then in the end he was exhausted with blood pouring from his kamui eye. I thought this was it for him. He has now used raikari, doryuheki and kamui and he is still standing. He got his chest sliced by 2 giant fuma shuriken and nothing happens?. Convenient that now he can kamui himself, when tobi warped him. Kishi shouldve just left the blades go through him like it would have if it was obito and be done with. Every fight has an element of plot but this is the worst imo, so many contradictions its over 9000. Then again kishi would go against his reasoning for plot progression.

We all know the effects on the gates on gai and he used it against tobi early on in the fight, yet he hasnt shown the side effects of it and now has used day time tiger which is a 7 gates move. How many times can gai use the gates in 1 fight without showing its side effects. Against kisame for example after using it, we saw the effects on him, heck naruto merely touching him hurt him like hell. Against 30% clone kisame after using the 6 gates he was in pain. Yet he has used it several times throughout the war and yet nothing happens

man this isnt a fight that you just could predict in a shitty vs-thread.

we have extreme conditions.

loosing isnt an option. so they take out the last bit of energy of their bodys and emotions.

it isnt compareable with kakashi vs kakuzu or kakashi vs ms sasuke

remember son gohan vs cell? loosing wasnt an option. when he would have loosed, eveything would be over.
so he pull out everything he got.

great chapter but i don't believe that naruto will end i do believe another arc will be around the corner naruto is too young to become hokage as of yet there's still lot's to discuss in this manga.....

I believe the same thing. I believe that there is one more Arc that will focus on the Uzamaki clan. I don't see any other way to end Naruto than to go us on his heritage. This whole arc has been about the whole the senju and uchiha rivalry. Into great detail. Yet we hardly know anything about the Uzamki. That will be the last Arc. Well that's my opinion anyways.

I kinda new that the tree would just absorb the chakra, but naruto being able to amplify and control his BM could just slip through it. It seems the more chakra the dragon absorbes the bigger it becomes. What I really liked was on pg.10 how kakashi got owned by the two shuriken(cmon kakashi where's that lightning clone). Looks like killerbee ain't exactly the perfect jinchuriki anymore; because naruto's bm is pure chakra, while bee's is actually the tailed beast itself, which means his body is more dense, thus that dragon has him toast. He needs to take out samehada and stop his bm mode, its getting useless. If Bee dies I wont be suprised, but I will be suprised if Madara is like "Enough of your rapping" and just pwns him.

Good chapter. But i have always wondered if there is even a point to having other villages. Konoha can eat them like Packman. This chapter just proves it. i mean they got giants, they got the ultimate insect, they got bunch of ways to control people (including ghostman), they have the only people that control the only fictional biological power source (chakra path/gates. the closest thing anyone else has is Ao eye. which was stolen.), the sannin (those nukes), and every single dojustsu. all of this leaving Madara and Hashirama out of the equation. i mean how can they not take down the energizer bunny, old man knick knack, an emo kid, and (i would come up with one for the mizukage, but i don't want to be to crass.)

I thought the chapter was pretty good, I think Masashi will explain why Kakashi killed Rin in the next chapter, I also think Kakashi will eventually die, protecting Naruto.

You say that like it's normal..
normally kakashi aims at distance and obito sucks stuff from close into his eye, he can't do it at distance, so the eyes are not the same..

Pretty good chapter. Copy ninja Kakashi copies Obitio's eye-jitsu with his own sharingan.

Kakashi actually has a pretty good chance of killing Obito now. Kakashi can simply perform a chidori and when Obito phases out, Kakashi phases out at the same time, thereby hitting his physical body in the extra dimension and killing him.

And the reason why Kakashi is able to perform chidori again is because Naruto infused him with extra chakra as shown in the panels in the latest chapter.

Btw, I found Obito's responses quite childish and petty:
Kakashi: Why..!?
Obito: ...why don't you shut up?
Reminds me of a immature little brat. And not someone worthy of one of the overarching main villains of the whole Naruto manga.

They have the same Mangekyō Sharingan, which means the same powers, plus Kamui can't be copied. :y
