Welcome to training, this is a brief on how this training with proceed. What will be given, and what is expected of you. This isn't complicated, pretty simple to understand.

Before posting, subscribe to the thread by clicking "thread tools" to the top right of this post and selecting subscribe. When you are subscribed, you can seee if I have posted by clicking your "UserCP".

Your reply should be no less than two sentences and it should be descriptive enough. I'm not a fan of wallies though, so please don't exceed 5 sentences for each technique. If something should prevent you from replying in training for the next 2 weeks, please inform me. With that out of the way, lets begin. Alright, so we'll start with testing if you're capable of the Lightning element. *Hands you a piece of paper* Channel your chakra into it.

The chakra paper reactions are as follows:
-Fire: the paper will ignite and turn to ash.
-Wind: the paper will split in two.
-Lightning: the paper will wrinkle.(This is your aim)
-Earth: the paper will turn to dirt and crumble away.
-Water: the paper will become wet/damp.

Good job. Now, I'll give you a little info the basics of Ninjutsu. Feel free to ask me questions throughout training.

n the diagram above, that red and blue area at the abdomen is where we gather chakra. It then goes through small streams, we call this the chakra network.

The Chakra Network is the term for the channels within the body that transfer and channel chakra. Simply put they serve the same function for chakra as blood vessels do for blood. Along the chakra pathways, there 361 nodes called tenketsu that control the flow of chakra like circuit breakers, and within those tenketsu are Eight Gates which control body function and strain levels.

We will begin with a D Rank technique, this is the rank of power/effect on the body. There are: E,D,C,B,A,S and Forbidden Rank (ascending towards the right).

(Raiton no Jutsu) - Lightning Release Technique

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra to create small bolts of lightning to attack their target

So we begin with the first Lightning Technique, a basic Lightning jutsu. Now remember this is your first, so you'll need concentration to get the hang of it.Gather your chakra, I want you to inhale, then exhale. This is your first Lightning technique, no need to get nervous. As you should know, shinobi have a chakra network/system. There’s a ball of chakra at the area of your abdomen, gather the Lightning chakra, and send it through chakra streams to your hands. When done, focus on Lightning, it’s properties etc. Manipulate the chakra to vibrate, releasing Lightning in the form of small bolts.

- I begin to slowly inhale and exhale air while closing my eyes and begin to focus on my chakra network. And as I begin to focus I channel chakra through my entire body and into my hands, and while the chakra travels I focus on the lightnings properties, and for a while I do not move a single finger as my hands begin to have a large portion of my lightning chakra and as I try to release it, it will shoot out several bolts of lightning -

- I begin to slowly inhale and exhale air while closing my eyes and begin to focus on my chakra network. And as I begin to focus I channel chakra through my entire body and into my hands, and while the chakra travels I focus on the lightnings properties, and for a while I do not move a single finger as my hands begin to have a large portion of my lightning chakra and as I try to release it, it will shoot out several bolts of lightning -

Good, good indeed. As we proceed, you'll be able to gather chakra in less time. By the way, no need to use so much chakra for a D rank technique, take it easy.

(Raiton: Raikou Oonami) - Lightning Release: Lightning Surge

Description: The user will concentrate their chakra and slam their hand on the ground to release a surge of lightning across the ground to the opponents feet to shock them.

Ok, moving on. This is the second Lightning Technique, and like the first one, it’s pretty simple. Focus on your Lightning natured chakra, once again, gather a small amount from your chakra system and channel it through chakra streams to your hands. Be sure to maintain focus, loss of focus can cause the entire jutsu to fail. With the chakra now focused around your hands, you need to concentrate on the Lightning element. Slam both hands on the ground with the palm making contact, then release the chakra in the form of Lightning. This will create a surge which travels on the surface and can shock the opponent. Take note, this only covers short range.

Well done. We'll move on to the next technique, still D Rank. This technique is different than the one's you've previously done. With this one, you'll first coat your body in Lightning. In order to do that without shocking yourself, you must be capable of chakra control.

(Raiton: Raijingu Sanda) - Lightning Style: Raging Thunder

Description: The user hits the opponent with an electric field shield that covers the users body.

Not really a descriptive jutsu, there’s a bit of confusion when you compare it to the “Raging Thunder” on the naruto wikia. Working from the description of the jutsu: “The user hits the opponent with an electric field shield that covers the user’s body”. Gather a portion of your Lightning chakra and channel it through chakra streams throughout your body. Instead of sending it to a specific place, this time, you’ll just let it circulate freely. Manipulate the chakra to rapidly vibrate, thus forming a coat of Lightning around your body. Due to it’s short range, you will then charge towards my clone and deliver a punch, releasing the electric force.

I didn't remember to mention before, but one does not "summon" chakra, unless you're dealing with Fuuinjutsu. "Gather" or "Focus" the chakra. Give it one more try.

Good. Moving on to the next technique which is Thunder Saber. Similar to the previous technique (Raiton: Raijingu Sanda) - Lightning Style: Raging Thunder, you'll strike the opponent with an electric field shield.

So you might be wondering," what’s the difference between this and Raging Thunder?". Well, there’s not much of a difference, from the description, this one explodes. The Lightning generated from your body can be used as a barrier. Gather a portion of your Lightning chakra and channel it through chakra streams throughout your body. Instead of sending it to a specific place, this time, you’ll just let it circulate freely. Manipulate the chakra to rapidly vibrate, thus forming a coat of Lightning around your body. If you hit the opponent, the Lightning explodes. Try this on my clone.

(Ration: Ikazuchi Kashou) - Lightning Release: Thunder Burn

Description: The user fires a wave of lightning bolts at the opponent.

“The user fires a wave of lightning bolts at the opponent”. This technique is a bit unclear. It seems it’s released from the hand(s). Gather your Lightning chakra and channel it through chakra streams to your hands. I want you to then release the Lightning towards my clone. Once done, tell me how you would perform a combination with three of the four techniques you just learned.

you can combine it with Lightning Surge where you send out lightning in the ground while blasting lightning bolts at them or you can combine it with your body where you dash at the clone with lightning in your body where it will explode on impact and while running you shoot lightning bolts

you can combine it with Lightning Surge where you send out lightning in the ground while blasting lightning bolts at them or you can combine it with your body where you dash at the clone with lightning in your body where it will explode on impact and while running you shoot lightning bolts

Here we are, first C Rank Technique. This one can be used in conjunction with a Water Jutsu, I'mm sure you have some water techniques, so show me what you got. Start opening the spoilers I post for pictures of the techniques.

(Raiton: Jibashi) - Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder

Type: Offense
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30 (+5 if used in conjunction with a water jutsu)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

Perform the “Boar → Ram → Snake → Horse → Dragon” handseals. When done, I want you to gather Lightning chakra once again. We’re now in the C Rank techniques. The techniques are now stronger/more effective. This also means they require more chakra. Channel the gathered chakra through chakra streams to your hands, manipulate the chakra to rapidly vibrate, forming Lightning. Aim this Lightning to the feet of my clone, this technique is perfect together with a water technique. As stated in the jutsu, water techniques add +5 to it’s damage.
