I dislike Kakashi for two reason he isnt a Uchiha , but using the sharingan . And he killed Rin, but always *****ed at Sasuke in part 1 about friends n crap..

Kabuto is one of the only characters that I properly dislike. He's nerdy, steals power from 100x stronger nin and then makes out that he's a tank, when he clearly is just a crummy copy of Orochimaru crammed with the Sound Five's DNA. He got owned by 12 year old Naruto, he's the worst. At least, Oro pulls it off with some styleeeee...

Well the Uchiha massacre is slightly difficult because in some sort of way I agree with him, in another I don't.

However, in Pein Arc I just couldn't stand the fact that he was all there calm while Konoha was falling down and everyone was doing their best just to keep it alive.
Just because he wanted to take Tsunade's Hokage title and to rule over Konoha.

Well, hello! To rule over what if your own homeland is being destroyed?

I dislike 'Sasuke' for still not being satisfied after having revenge on his older brother Uchiha Itachi, while whining about how desperatly he wants to destroy Konoha and killing Uzumaki Naruto.
