Master Chief Petty Officer Coby (コビー曹長 Kobī Sōchō?) is a Marine together with Helmeppo under Vice Admiral Garp. He was formerly a Cabin Boy for the Alvida Pirates until he was liberated by Monkey D. Luffy, and was one of the first people Luffy befriended on his travels. His current status is unknown.
