Looks: Flay is a tall well built person, he has a white skin color, red hair brushed towards the back with the exception of 'bangs' on the front which cover his face with the exception of his hazel honey colored eyes. He doesn't wear an undershirt so his upper chest area is always revealed, he instead wears a vest like 'shirt' which has a brownish-black color to it with white stripes around the edges area that form a 'iron' looking object around the edges. The 'shirt' has a 'belt' -similar to that worn by farm folk- which covers the 'irons' of the 'shirt' and extend to his back, then to the 'irons' again forming a dual-tied belt which has one pouch on each side which contain kunia and shuriken. Flay wears a cape which covers his upper shoulder area and extends towards his knees from behind, the cape is white colored overall and has red stripes on the edges. The cape is rather old and damaged in many points this gives Flay a impressive look. He has two leather made materials on his arm which extend from his shoulder to the palm of his hands, on the right arm there is a blue bracelet attached to his wrist on his left arm there is a special 'arm bracelet' which extends from his elbow to the back his hand, the bracket has an arc near the elbow Flay usually uses this arc when he is rock climbing. He wears grey pants that are tucked inside his militaryish black boots with grey designs. The boots can reach knee length but Flay chooses to wear them bended over so his knees are not covered with the boot.

Personality: Flay has a outgoing personality, he never hesitates to speak his opinion he is somewhat considered annoying due to his constant cheerfulness and eagerness to fight. He is renounced as a loyal person whom will do anything possible to protect his friends and comrades. Flay can have conflicting personalities when he is in a battle but he usually is happy to fight and likes fighting stronger opponents although when he is faced with an overwhelming opponent he chooses to flee. "He who flees today, lives to fight another day". Flay can also be strategic at times but he usually prefers the brute force approach although when he strategizes he is renounced as a good strategist.

Background Info.
History:Flay was born to members of the Uzumaki clan whom where residents to Iwagakure No Sato. His parents where not Ninja they chose to live a life of peace and tranquility in the hidden rock village away from the conflicts and problems in the ninja world. As time progressed and little Flay grew older his parents noticed his increasing love for fights as he usually had a fight once every weak with someone of his age or bigger in the village, his parents slightly annoyed that their son does not follow the same the believes as they decided to convince their son of their way in life...After a while his parent gave up hope that he will be a peaceful child so they decided to do the second best thing enrolling him to the ninja academy so that he will at least develop his skills and progress in life. In the ninja academy Flay was a fast learner and progresses swiftly through the rankings of the academy until he became the first in his class, the sensei's of the class took an interest in him and his progress so they began training him personally in order to increase his skill level. A few months later Flay graduated the academy at age 12. After that he decided to leave the village and progress his skills even further, he left the village and lived in a nearby forest by himself. Seven years later he returned to the village and demonstrated his newly gained skills to his friends and former senei's astonished by his progress they asked how he became so skilled he explained that he had survived the wilderness on his own and adapted to nature and it's difficulties he also explained that he had increased his agility by constant rock climbing in the nearby vicinity.

Nice bio but you most certainly aren't faster than the average shinobi whilst not having received any taijutsu training whatsoever o-o

I doubt the stuff in the other section would be acceptable so you should take it out all together seeing as this is a custom bio not a cannon which might have a history of a specialty.
