Surprise! I didn't think I was going to join a contest again before some time next year or so, but then I remembered that I had three chapters laying around to join with, and I just happened to sign in on NB at the exact moment when Lawliet posted the thread, so I thought, why not? xD And good news! It also looks like I got more time for NB than I originally thought when I left ^^

Hehe, that's what I've been saying for the last year or so. The last time I joined a contest with the goal of winning it was long time ago. Now I'm just satisfied if I place at all.

Well The Cobra, The Wizard....I would say The Knight but you already got yours um let's see well Uxellius and well there's also The Virus spreader.....oh the Reborn(surprised he doesn't have one yet....that or he just doesn't have blue name) well Serena and also Iki. <--- that's the newer generation except The Reborn(sorry man)...you are part of it.

Actually, Reborn is the one who's placed 3rd, together with ThatOneChick and RokuNr himself, when it comes to number of FF Contest wins. He's probably 2nd when it comes to FF medals in total, just to toss that in as well.

Depends what you mean by "new." If you're talking anno 2012 then you're right, but the last three months or so? That's probably something different

Reborn doesn't have one what?? .-. If you're refering to a contest winner blue name, I just don't want one, I think I have about 4 or 5 first place medals I just don't want the blue name unless its mod blue. Unless there's another Reborn I don't know about I've been away for a while.

Yeah, I counted all my awards, last contest was my third, 3rd place medal and I have two 2nd place, and 4 first place. Then I have a random award from the RP just in the mix. I wouldn't consider myself new to the Fanfiction, having started before a lot of people here (in this current contest and participants in previous times). I started back in June or July of 2011 over a year ago with Bonds of Shinobi (good times), I entered six contests before I placed in a contest. The first time I placed was also my first win in the contest. For me to count all the contests I've been, I started in the same month I began releasing chapters. So I've been in a total of 15 or so contests (give or take give or take one or two because I may have actually began in August or June. I count 15 starting from the starting point of July. I also think there was a contest I didn't participate in idk, but 15's a good guess).....ahhh memories...

And Old gen will never lose their bite. Michael is going to place, if not 1st, and people like Kuroi Hono, and Keotsu are great writers that, once they get back under the helm, they'll produce great work.

The only place I get my money from is my job, and I earn like 25 $ (Or in my case, 150 NOK) each hour

Wow, you actually remember all the months you joined O__o The only reason I knew what months I joined in previously, was just because I placed in all of them and could simply check my awards for the dates. However, with the last contest where I didn't place, I'll probably forget that I ever joined in that month, in half a years time xD However, with the new rule and all (that you can join in with the same chapters, if you didn't place, every third month), I might join in with those three chapters again next month, to continue the row of having won something with all of my chapters. Though that's going to be a hard one I guess, as I don't have the same followers and popularity as I had the first one and a half year of my "career". Guess I've just dragged my FF on for far too long, considering that I haven't written more than 27 chapters in two years time. I'm close to the end though, so I'm going to try and finish it before new year and either retire or start the new FF I planned ages ago

Haha, when I began writing, we still had writers like RokuNr, Flaw, Pervy Sage, Riku, Faust, etc, and of course, Kuroi was writing at that time. Roku was like the king of FanFiction, and everyone else was fighting for 2nd place, with some "upseths" every now and then xD So I guess I'm one of the last from the 2010 era And let's not forget Escorpiius and Nikkou Arashi.
Haha, still going on with the old will always win. 2nd place will be hard this month, so I for one will be happy with 3rd
