For most of his life, Vivi's attire has been similar to that of a Magician. This obsession came about when he first saw his parents use Jutsu, being of a young age, he mistook it for Magic. As a result he wears a tall, tan coloured, pointed hat that casts a shadow over his entire face, which makes his face a mystery. Vivi's hat appears a bit too large for him and flops down his back instead of pointing straight up. He received his hat from his best friend, as a gift to help him become more confident. Vivi wore a blue jacket, green and white stripy trousers, red and white gloves, and brown boots.

His current attire if much more colourful and elaborate (As seen in the image at top of thread).

Personality

For most of his life, Vivi has been quite timid and anti-social due to him being bullied by many others of his age. Vivi was shy and gullible, almost to a fault. Often stumbling over his speech and lacking in self belief, he was afraid to use his abilities to save his friends, believing himself incapable. After meeting his first friend, his attitude started to change and he slowly became more confident in his abilities and put more effort in his training. He also began to stand up to anyone that would bully him, even though he was weaker in stature and abilities.

He strives to please the friends he has made, always listening to them or willing to fight their battles either along side of them or in their place. He will not insult his opponent or underestimate them. He has been shown to lose his temper and as a result, nearly losing all sense of reasoning and just goes on a merciless rampage. However he has begun to be able to show some level of reasoning when in this mental state as once when he attacked a friend he altered his attack pattern from something lethal to a less damaging attack.

Description: A practical application of the Multi-Size Technique which lets one expand their own body. The point of swelling a single part of the body is to use the weight to increase the power of one's physical attacks. Any bodily part may be augmented this way, but for ease of use the arms and legs tend to be chosen quite frequently. The speed of the expansion is exceedingly sudden, which makes it extremely difficult to avoid. Like the majority of the Akimichi clan's techniques, this one requires a considerable amount of chakra. This technique is a smaller version of the (Chōharite Super Open Hand Slap) that is used whilst performing the multi-size technique

(Baika No Jutsu) - Multi-size Technique

Description: This is a secret technique passed down in the Akimichi clan that increases the user's body size by converting their calories into chakra. The user can freely alter their size at will when using this technique and can use it for an extensive period of time. A common application of the techniques gives the user a very round appearance by mostly increasing the size of the abdominal section, which was done in order to use the Human Bullet Tank technique. Other, more common applications increase the size of the entire body, turning the user into a giant. This jutsu lasts for 4 turns.
Note: Only Akimichi Clan members can use this jutsu.

(Mizudan Suisha) – Ballistic Waterwheel

Description: After using the Multi-Size Technique to increase their size, the user funnels chakra into their hands, which causes special markings to appear in them. The weight and power of the hands are greatly increased because of the larger size, the muscles are activated with concentrated chakra, and the thickness is also increased. With so much chakra that it becomes visible, the user's palms become like an iron hammer. This gives this attack the power to even cave in the earth, causing extensive crushing damage to anything that may be caught beneath them. This attack is also shown to have a wide range due to the increased size of his palms. This technique is strong enough to crush C rank and below water and earth techniques.

(Nibaite Su-pa Gachan) – Double Hand Super Slam

(Chōdan Bakugeki) - Butterfly Bullet Bombing

Description: This is a life threatening technique if used in combination with the red Akimichi food pill, which burns away all of a ninja's excess fat and converts it into chakra. Because the members of the Akimichi clan tend to be overweight to support their techniques, this pill can give them 100 times their normal chakra level. The intensely concentrated chakra that is gained leaks out from the backbone and becomes visible through friction with the shoulder blade, appearing like a butterfly wing. The user then concentrates the unique chakra into their fist, and then puts all their body weight behind the punch. The massive amount of chakra concentrated is enough to change the user's body structure, reducing their overwall mass making them slender.
Note: Must be a member of the Akimichi clan and have used the Red Secret Pill.

(Nikudan Samazamana Sensha) - Human Bullet Various Tank

Description:With its effectiveness raised several times by using it together with weapons such as kunai connected by wire this technique is an enhanced version of the Akimichi clan's Human Bullet Tank. The user can also grow out their hair to wrap around his body, in a manner similar to Jiraiya's Needle Jizō technique, instead of using kunai. This results in far more spikes than the previous version, as well as a shorter preparation time due to not needing to wrap kunai around his body.
Note: Must be a member of the Akimichi clan and use the Super Multi-sized technique.

Background Information

Prologue: Birth of the Akimichi of the Rain

Vivi is the son of Akichou Akimichi and Ametora of the Village Hidden in Rain and was born in Amegakure. His father defected from Konohagakure's Akimichi Clan to go to Amegakure and his mother was an elected official that worked for Hanzō. His parents met in Amegakure, where his father had been sent on a mission to attempt to assassinate Hanzō, the leader of Amegakure. It was an unanticipated meeting simply by having a drink in the Tavern.

It was an unexpeacted affair in which, Akichou would prolong his stay in Ame to be with Ametora. And as a result he, would fall in love and due to his love for Ametora, he defected from Konohagakure and started a life with his love.

9 months after their wedding, Vivi was born. In his early years, from about the age of 2, his father trained him in the Akimichi Clan's Hiden Jutsu, and also in Strong Fist Taijutsu, mastering them by the age 5. He was then accepted into the Amegakure Ninja Academy where he graduated within a single year.

Chapter One: The Sacrifice of Loving Parents

A very traumatizing time in Vivi's life was when his parents died. It was when he had just turned 11 years old and during the time of the Third Great Shinobi War. His parents had been sent out on a mission as a scouting party. Vivi, wanting to help as much as possible, followed them.

When he had finally caught up with his parents, he had found them severely injured whilst facing three shinobi that were from Konohagakure. He would later find that they were the Legendary Sannin; Orochimaru, Jiraiya and Tsunade. Seeing his parents in such a state made him loose control of himself and he recklessly attacked the Sannin. Upon being struck to the ground by a kick of Orochimaru's, Vivi was about to be struck by one of Jiraiya's techniques, how ever before it hit, Vivi's mother moved in front of him and took the frontal assault of the technique, whilst his father was attacking Orochimaru.

Frozen in shock at the scene before him, Vivi was crying at seeing his mother and father, dying in front of him. Before he passed out from shock and exhaustion, he heard his father pleading with Jiraiya to let their son live, as it seemed that Vivi's father had once been a comrade of Jiraiya. Fulfilling their final wishes, the 3 Sannin walked away, leaving Vivi alone with his dead parents and on the verge of unconsciousness.

Chapter Two: The Life of a Fat Fur-ball.

When Vivi awoke from his unconsciousness, he found himself surrounded by Cats. Thinking that he must have died he began to ask if this was Heaven or Hell, which caused a small uproar amongst the Cat Family. Just before the smaller cats were about to attack, the queen of the Cat family called out for everyone to cease their actions of violence. The queens name was Rinsei and she was very kind to Vivi, taking him under her, metaphoric, wing. Taking him in as her own.

For several months, Vivi was trained by Rinsei in how to summon members of the family, which of course meant that he was now a signer of their contract. By this time, the entire family had welcomed him and treated him like one of their own. However he had to return to Amegakure and was pleased to see that the home of the cats, wasn't to far away. And even though he lives in the Village, he spends all of his free time at the Cats Home, training and relaxing.

Katon

Katon was Vivi's first Elemental Affinity. From an early age, Vivi has displayed a great amount of skill in the use of Katon Techniques. Through years of training, he was able to have complete mastery over this element and is capable of using all fire based jutsu with only one handseal.

Doton

Doton was Vivi's second Elemental Affinity. He had also displayed great skill in its uses. As such of this skill and mastery, he is able to perform all Doton Techniques at a faster speed then that of the average shinobi.

Taijutsu

As a member of the Akimichi clan, Vivi has a natural talent for Taijutsu. He has displayed great skill in the use of Strong Fist Taijutsu as well as his clan's Hiden Techniques. Through years of training, Vivi has been able to increase his speed to a greater level then that of an average Akimichi clan member, despite his size.

Miyamoto and Hattori

Miyamoto and Hattori are blades that can be joined together or kept apart. Miyamoto has got a white colored blade that is 23 inches long and has got the name 'Miyamoto' engraved along the blade. The hilt guard is that of the black half (Yang) of the Yin and Yang symbol. Hattori's appearance is identical to that of Miyamoto, however instead of white the blade is black with 'Hattori' engraved along the blade and the hilt guard is that of the white half (Yin) of the Yin and Yang symbol. This is so that when they are connected together the hilt guards combine to form a complete Ying and Yang.
