Scorpion was borned a Hyuga, he had the Byakugan. His eyes are a pale white color. At a young age, he always wanted to stay in great shape as he believes it is one of the most important factors in being a great ninja. Scorpion began working out at a young age, around eight years old. He began putting on muscle and was quite handsome. As he grew older, he continued getting much more handsome but one afternoon, he was attacked by a group on rouge ninjas, trying to steal his money. They stabbed him and burned his different parts of him face. From that day forward, Scorpion began wearing a mask (covering most of his face, only showing his eyes) knowing if he didn't, he would be harrassed about his looks.

As time went by, Scorpion continued training hard and staying in shape. At this time, he wore a golden and black ninja wear with his mask having the same colors. He stands at 6ft 5 inches with a muscular body with his eyes cold as always. On his spare time, he wears a bath robe with nothing below it, but he never takes of his mask. Scopion also wears a pouch around his waist that consist of multiple shurikens, kunais and medical euipment. Scorpion also have multiple tattoos of his home village Amegakure to show his pride and loyalty to it.

Personality:
Growing up, Scopion earned his name because of his ruthless, hard working, don't give a shit attitude. As a child, he was always a loner, wanting to stay by himself because he always believed having friends, would only hold him back from reaching his full potential as a shinobi and be a distraction. Everyday, no matter the time, weather or anything, Scorpion trained hard because his determination and ambition to become great is so strong. Scorpion is very loyal to Amegakure and only them. He was taught by his elders to always put the village first and no other. He will put his life on the line for his comrades and the villagers even though he has horrible attitude.

When it comes to battles, Scorpion enjoys everyone. He fights only to win and would do anything in a battle to win. He will stoop really low and do horrible things in a battle just to win. Scorpion also loves fighting by himself because he hates getting help from people, it makes him feel weak and inferior for personal reasons. Scorpion only admire a few people, and they had to have done things that are almost impossible for them to earn his admiration. Scorpion also have a deep hatred for the village hidden in the leaf, Konoha.

Futon: Scorpion has great skills with futon. He is able to use high level futon jutsus with ease. He executes his jutsus with 100 percent power without messing up in the process.
Katon: Scorpion has trained hard over the years. Katon was the first element he mastered and he continues growing his skills in it. He started to make his own Katon jutsus and because of his mastery with it, he can use most jutsus with one handseal. His skills in katon will someday be known by the entire ninja world.

Description: The user makes the Horse handseal, while doing so, they gather an enormous amount of Katon chakra molding it in their stomach. They then channel all that chakra to their mouth focusing it there and take a deep breathe. They will then bump both fist together five times breathing out five fire orbs. Using shape manipulation, these five orbs will turn into men on horse that's made out of fire. [B]The user can use the five horsemen to defend or attack and they move at the same speed as an average running horse.[B] Whenever the horsemen comes into contact with something, they will turn into a flaming vortex that wraps around the object and burns like a flaming inferno.

Note- Can only be used 2 times per battle.

Byakugan: Being born a Hyuga, Scorpion have the Byakugan. He is skilled with it grows everyday.

-a 360 field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra.
-see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person.
-see chakra, as well as the chakra circulation system inside another's body. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style, the Gentle Fist.
Chakra Control: Being born a Hyuga, Scorpion like all Hyugas have great chakra control.
Sword: Scorpion carries his personal and signature sword with him. He uses it in every battle and only he can weild the sword the correct way for it to be useful in battle.

Spear Head: Scorpion also carries around the head of a spear that he can attach to ropes and chains. He is quite skilled with it.

Background Info.
History:
It was a rainy night in the village hidden in the leaf. The night was silent and everyone was indoors and the streets and stores were dead. In the right corner of the village, in a little board house, lived a couple (Scorpions Parents). The wife was pregnant and the husband was a former ninja and a member of the Hyuga clan. They were enjoying diner and talking about their future, a few seconds later, there was a loud explosions shaking the earth and causing a big ruckus in the village. The husband rushed his pergnant wife to the basement of their house and then got his mother and father to join her. While they were in the basement, the husband brought horses to the basement back exit. He put his wife and parents on the horses then told them to go to his wifes home village Amegakure and he will meet them there. They took of that night, sneaking through the village while it was under attack. The husband made multiple clones to follow them just in case they got attacked or anything like that. He then took of to help the villagers and the hidden leaf shinobi. That was the last they ever heard of him.

Scorpion mother and his grandparents got to Amegakure safely. They settled in and 3 months after, his mother went into labor and gave birth to him. She named him after Hanzo, after Hanzo of The Salamander. Scorpion was born with the Byakugan, like his father. It was unusual for people in Amegakure to have the Byakugan and only Scorpion and his father parents had it. His grandfather trained him how to use the byakugan and what it takes to master it. Scorpion grew up very loyal to Amegakure and contnues training to become the best shinobi.

I just cant wrap my head around Scorpion using Gentle Fist like Solf said. Better to have him implanted than to actually be a Hyuga. But I think you can only have one implanted eye like Ao. You may have to check that with Cali if you do decide to edit it.
