He prolly said that he wouldnt let renji go and save rukia, and when the fight started, renji insisted, and byakuya said that he wont say again that he wouldnt let renji go, and later in the fight he said it again, i dont see where he gets pwned, since he didnt say that he wouldnt let renji go twice, so the"Dont make me say it twice" can be said as many times he wants to, as long as he doesnt say "I wont let you go and save rukia" again, if he said it twice, then he prolly had to say "Dont make me say it 3 times"
