King Bradley
King Bradley has a special kind of power in his left eye. This allows him to have sight that far exceds that of a regular human eyesight; with this he can read an opponent in battle and avoid oncoming attacks with little to no effort. This ability known as the "Ultimate Eye". His aging body has pushed him to move slowly then he was in his prime, as to not keeping up with his Ultimate Eye. That and his peak physical abilities are from excessive training and routine.
We practically already know about the Uchiha so i won't explain anymore then i need to. But here are some pics.

A LARGE portion of King Bradley's combat ability is his insane skill and willpower. Even his inferior "siblings" were fairly dangerous fighters, and Bradley already being superior to them in every way makes it difficult to judge how much of his showing are due to his own skill and how much the Eye.
The sharingan's copying ability (even at low ranks) and the uncertainty regarding Bradley's eye makes it an easy choice. If it were between Rinnegan and Sharingan however...
