u kidding me??? when u include monkey D dragon and his revolutionaries into an already impressive team it just overkill. Dont u see how marines get when they hear his name?? I am sure he must have crossed fists with a powerful marine and owned him. that would explain why the WG are so frightened when his name is mentioned. The remnants of the white beard pirates after the 2 year timeskip should be more powerful or atleast as strong as they were back during the fight. Law is a shichibukai so he is good enough to take on an admiral( dont know if he can win against one). his crew is also powerful, i guess. And luffy and crew along with jimbei are in a league of their own. Lufy can use haki now so he probably can even make captain rank marines cower in fear with the special haki he has( the one that made 50000 fishmen unconscious).
Also, u have to remember that sengku, aokiji and Garp retired. even with the present shichibukai. the world government are weaker than the time with whitebeard.

its just too much even for WG. all they need to do is take out above captain class marines. rest are just fodder.

World Government.

Lets take the four top Marine postions: 3 Admirals and 1 Fleet Admiral.

From what we've seen nobody in Law's, Luffy's or Whitebeard's crew would be capable of taking on any of these four people (assuming the two vacant admiral positions were filled). The only person who can probably take one of them one on one is Dragon, but that still leaves three other monsters to be dealt with. Then there are still characters like Mihawk and Doflamingo.

It would be a tough battle for both sides, but I don't see the pirates winning this without the help of at least one of the Yonko.

i would have to say the world government.....because im sure that there are gonna be much more powerful people coming up to fight luffy, and since its an entire government(btw hawkeye's group is technically part of the government)....so millions vs 100s....it would be a close fight but this is just my opinion....my prediction though is at the end of the series that straw hats plus 50 top strongest beat the world government......it would be an epic fight though

the WG already had problems with only Whitebeard and his allies. and they were "only" pirates. now Dragon has an army... the pirates only have to find enough strong members to take on the higher ups of the marines. then the rest is "easy"

world government stomp. strawhats have already been slaughtered by a single admiral/shichibukai. since its the entire WG, thats like millions of marines and armed citizens, plus the whole impel down guards, Cipher pole, admirals, vice admirals, and warlords.

dragon has almost no feats besides a possible wind devil fruit, and haki (he layed a hand on smoker despite being smoke IIRC). strawhats are fodder compared to the big boys. law is strong but didnt he lose to vergo whos a vice admiral? so a strong vice admiral like garp would beat his ass. especially with intel on room.

he is the most dangerous man, not the most powerful. his revolutionary ideals threaten to strip WG of its power. thats why they are scared

SH would take this. The marines have lost three top tier marines and you are adding dragon and his army???? WG struggled before now its just overkill. Bear in mind that the commanders of WG fighted admirals and schichibukai only so they are around that level and marines have 2 less admiral
