When were you first introduced to Naruto? Explain.

Was it the manga, anime, or friend? Or was it something you thought you hate but liked it later on.

Personally, I never liked Naruto as a kid. I thought it was a "bad" show. Bad as in fighting, blood ect. My parents don't want me to watch anime of any sort. They think its the devil works. I was first saw it when I was watching it at my friends house. First episode I watched was when Naruto meets Haku. And the girl/boy thing. And I hated it.

It was 5 years after that I thought to myself I should watch Naruto again. Cause I have friends that watch it. So as a kid I wanted to be cool. So I watched it and I loved it. I was really into it. And it had a sort of deception feel to it cause even now my parents don't know about this. So it's all good. Naruto is awesome!

I first watched the anime in Game one tv channel,,it showed one naruto and then one shippuden episode and i was sorta confused but i loved it from the first ..it was the episode with the crystal jutsu user in shipuuden i think and i loved it,,that was actually when i become a kakashi fan :D

I saw it on Cartoon Network when I was younger. All of my friends were in to it but now they grew out of it. I on the other hand still like it . To this day I only have one friend who likes it.

It was a while ago. When I was a kid I would buy that Shonen Jump mag occasionally and I think it was the issue with Rock Lee vs Sasuke just before the Chuunin exams.

It was in 2007, I guess. A group of my friend used to talk about Naruto....And I used to make fun of them for watching a cartoon....Among them was Navaraj (a friend of mine), He used to say to give it a try. But i refused, many times. After our final exam, we had a long vacation. I was free that time and he brought me the DVDs, I could not refuse them this time cause I was free and I felt like I should give it a try. But I left them in my cupboard for about a week.

One day, I was at home and didn't have any plans for that day so I watched the first DVD. Right away, I was impressed by the theme of the story. Somehow, Naruto resembled me (Like him I have string determination and faith in myself). The story becomes more interesting and the time when I reached the Haku and Zabuza part, I was all into the anime.

Next day, I returned back all his DVDs, went to shop and bought DVDs of every season ever released. Our class started and I joined the club.

for me, i started to like naruto when clash of ninja came out. i didnt have CN, so i played every GC and Wii game until i had more access to the anime about two years ago, and started to get the manga mid last year. i always followed it, plot wise, but didnt watch the anime until i saw it on disney (why, god, why is it on disney ) then i saw the first box set of shipp and bought it, and the rest is, well, very recent, history.

I initially hated Naruto at first. It use to be on before DBZ earlier this year so I always had to stay up later. One day I decided to watch it before DBZ came on and I ended up liking it

During the Zabuza/haku arc on toonami. It was a couple of years later that i got into the manga. My very last episode that i watched on Toonami was when Tsunade became Hokage. After that it was all through the internet.

i have had 3 phases..1st phase was a friend in 6th grade(im 18 now) loaned me the first 4 or so manga books(it got slightly past oro sasuke fight) and then i was sorta confused..later that year i watched all episodes up to the naruto sasuke fight on youtube, and then that was as far as the jap anime went...a few years later i rewatched it and watched up to the defeat of kakuza witha rasenshuriken.....and that was the last episode i could watch then(still in jap)....then about a year or 2 ago, i got bored and decided to read narutopedia and found out that there was a war going on...and that naruto beat some dude named pain beat the kyubii met his mom and dad and learned he was pretty much soloing a war by himself....and the last part that was out was narutos clone faded and tsunade said to naruto she would take care off it .......after i read that i either began to rewatch naruto from episode 1 or had already rewatched it up to shippuden...while i had no idea wtf was going on on naruto pedia...i began to watch the anime...from then i watched it up to some point in the waves arc(i think when he arrived at the island, and then after that i began to watch the manga.....then got caught up and randomly checked to see if a new chapter had come out....when i caught up in the manga the madara vs kages had just started....(simply put i watched a LOT of naruto at once)....then i was reading manga week to week and a website crashed and wouldnt work right anymore for me so i googled for the next chapter and eventually found this base....around the time sasuke got his ems i joined up, and while i worked at a camp in northern minnesota read the new chapter every week!!...now i am addicted to the base while waiting for the next chapters to comeout

ABOVE is summary of my naruto on and off....

simply a friend lended me the first few volumnes...(and my parents never let me watch dbz....)(i almost was allowed to watch naruto...but my dad came in right at the part where sasuke uses his new curse mark form in naruto v sasuke where then he determines the show to not be an good influence.....

which in all honesty they are correct...naruto does have some dark stuff in it....but its over all message is awesome

Saw it on TV when I was little, didn't like it. I just watched Pokémon and the good episodes from Digimon back there.
Then like 2 or 3 years ago I was at a friends house and they were playing Naruto Shippuuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 and I played with them. I liked the game even though I found Lee REALLY weird, I mean.. those eyes LOL. Suddenly they were all like "omg you have to watch it it's so good, you got somehow spoiled now but watch it" and I was like "uh, k?".
Yeah I then started watching the Anime, didn't like it in the beginning (it was kinda.. slow and didn't get forward fast enough for me at least.. I still remember hating the Haku-fight, lol).
But I somehow got attached to Kakashi and didn't stop to watch it and I have to say I really like the series now. It's so easy to like certain characters and you really get to understand their feelings and stuff.
And like.. 1 or 2 months ago I started the Manga because I think the filler episodes in Shippuuden are just.. bad. And well another friend got me to do it.. xD
I did like the fillers with the frogs though but since Naruto and the others were on that ship.. hell no!
Yeah and now I'm re-reading the Manga from the beginning to get a better understanding of everything.
And I'm still watching all episodes, although the new filler episodes seem even worse to me.. I mean why do they bring Rin in there? But nevermind lol.
