Actually im some-kind of a hacker -_- If you can turn your computer on, then its good. I will send you a video, you open Run , type cmd and press enter command prompt will open and then you will need to type your computers name, if you dont know it then open Start at the bottom left corner and you will see it, for me its PC. Then do what he says and it will tell you incorrect computer name, but this is good it will tell you the real computer name and then follow the steps. If you don't want a password just press enter 2 times if you want type it. Everything is explained in the video.



ALSO RUN IN SAFE MODE, TO DO RESTART YOUR COMPUTER AND START HITTING F8 AS FAST AS YOU CAN AFTER YOU SEE THE BIOS MESSAGE AND YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO ANOTHER MENU.USE THE ARROW KEYS TO SELECT SAFE MODE AND THEN PRESS ENTER.
