1. I don't think that's necessarily true if Obito has knowledge on Minato. Perhaps Minato is the favourite but meh.
2. Pre-Rinnegan Obito is underrated like shit. 10 minute Izanagi invincibility? That's puts him above countless characters in my book. Minato is likely one of them. Konan countered him by running countless simulations during weeks of prep time. Ain't nobody got time for that.

On paper rinnengan Tobi's got this, he's got mokuton and rinnengan on top of his Kaumi. But Tobi's lack of feats with his other skills is annoying, although his skill with Kaumi has gotten a lot better over the 16 years, he uses a lot more feints and doesn't mess around when he tries to warp someone with Kaumi like he did before and decided to take it slowly. He also doesn't need to touch them to warp them, he just needs to be close to them.

I honestly don't understand why people always say that obito is better than minato now?

He's not changed at all, he still lacks intelligence and to be perfectly honest his rinnegan hasn't improve him in the slightest, well apart from the fact that he has the Gezo.

Minato is still able to easily counter obito Kumai, without Kumai he's nothing. Minato is still superior if you ask me.

Rinnegan Obito is undeniably stronger than Minato now.

I lol at the ones who say he hasn't changed, considering he has the Rinnegan and the Six Paths, Jinchuuriki Paths, Gedo Mazo and Izanagi.
