To put it simply there is no actual 1v1 way for Naruto to win as he cannot seal. The only legitimate way that Madara should take damage sificient enough to have him sealed would be for him to lose his war fan, get pissed and go Perfect Susanoo. Then, when he goes to attack with the mountain wrecking sword naruto uses the extendable Kyubi Arms to grab the war fan to him and use it against Madara and effectively screw him over!
