How Minato Beats Itachi. Scenario.

Minato would use his space-time jutsu and go after Itachi. Itachi could not evade it and receive a beating by Minato. Itachi would use Katon Gokakyu No Jutsu but Minato would evade it easily. Minato again would use space-time justu but with a kunai this time but Itachi uses Crow Bunshin and prepares tu use Amaterasu but Minato evades it easily again but Minato didn't notice Itachi caught him in wires and use Amaterasu but Minato evades at the last moment but Amaterasu caughts his leg.

Minato use the speed of light and frees himself from Amaterasu and hitting Itachi with Rasengan. Itachi badly wounded uses Susano'o but Minato summons Gamabunta but Itachi attacks Gamabunta with Totsuka Sword sealing him but that's not a problem and Minato summons him again (he may do it again because the Summon justu is of temporay space).

Once summoned again he teleports with Gamabunta inside Susano'o crushing Itachi and if not Minato uses Rasengan and is all over.


(If Minato is caught with Amaterasu he isn't getting it off. Has he done anything that would even imply that thats possible? Has anyone done so? And being sealed inside the totsuka blade isnt like being teleported somewhere else. Its permanent genjutsu. The opponent is sealed in a genjutsu stupor for all eternity. And if Minato gets caught with wires.....their is no evading Amaterasu. He's done. you either get out of the casters sight instantly or its over.)

Would he be too fast for Itachi?

Minato is fast but Tsukuyomi will take him out especially if Minato has no knowledge of sharingan abilities. Also Susanoos can handle a lot of damage

Tsukuyomi has a range of 0-5 meters, has to be making perfect eye contact and most keep full concentration. GG Itachi.

Itachi's sharingan can't follow minato's speed either.

How can Itachi avoid blitzing? Susanoo is the only chance. Can he keep up Susanoo for too long? No. So how can he beat Minato? On the other side, with his space time ninjutsu dodging, deflecting or penetrating Susanoo would be easy for him

When are people going to understand that the winner of fights like these can only be decided by Kishi. Both of these guys are strong/smart enough to beat each other. Therefor you can't really say who can beat who. If Itachi knew exactly how Minato's FTG works then what? If Minato knew about how Itachi's Tsukuyomi works then what? It is all what ifs... Kishi can only decide this fight from two of this caliber.

He kept up with a Naruto with no intent to kill, so not using Shunshin no jutsu not even once during that moment probably because he already shared his chakra into more than 20clones. That's even why his KM ran out of chakra quickly after their meeting

Minato would just need to keep FTG'ing madly to stop Itachi's onslaught of Fire jutsu's,Shuriken, Susanoo attacks, Totsuka, Amaterasu, Normal Genjutsu and much more.
Minato would have to stay on the defensive for the whole match which would eventually exhaust him. You may say that surpasses Itachi stamina-wise but it is hardly gonna wastes chakra to use basic genjutsu .

Itachi wins high difficulty.

Let's just look at this way : Minato is to Naruto what Itachi is to Sasuke.They are both characters that Naruto and Sasuke strive to surpass(Naruto already did,not sure about Sasuke).
They are "equal". It could go either way, so stop this fanboy-ism and just enjoy your life :D .
