In terms of intelligence and overall skill, yes. All except for Orochimaru that is.

He is Kage Level.

He is Sannin Level. But he would be considered the WEAKEST of the sannin. He knows no Senjutsu. Oro will Stomp. J-Man will Stomp. And for all the Tsunade nay-sayers, Madara killed ALL the Kage but Tsunade is STILL ALIVE. How is Kakashi gonna kill someone Madara couldnt. He's Sannin level, Bottom low level sannin though.

PS: I know nothing about his father, but if all the Sannin could stomp kakashi I'm assuming his father could too.

I like Kakashi's character and all, but he hasn't surpassed Nagato. I'd be surprised if he ever does.

Thanks for the comments guys, I tend to agree with the general consensus that he's ether on par with the Sannin or slightly bellow their level, but has not quite surpassed them yet.
