sasuke is overrated to, but he is powerful. he still has a long way to go tho. people are more focused on where he has left to go rather than how strong he is now though.

He is both over-rated and under-rated depending on who you're talking to.

Some people say Minato can beat Sasuke, which I sadly disagree with. If Kishi shows us something from Minato that can counter Susanoo, I will give the fight to Minato hands down. Until then, he can only dodge Sasuke till one of them runs out of chakra.

Some people say Sasuke can beat Naruto if they were to fight right now. We all know that is a no no.
It depends who you're talking to really. All about preference.
