Perfect Susanoo is included.
Rinnegan NOT included ( i know you need rinnegan for Perfect Susanoo, but oh well)
sharingan is included (amaterasu + Tsukyomi)
Itachi's Susanoo's weapons NOT included

OR

Kyuubi mode





Rasengan technique included
Shadow Clone technique included
Rasengan Shuriken is included to people who would have Wind Element, But you can mix your Rasengan with any element you have

Choose Kyuubi or Susanoo, and tell me why you chose that over the other

I would personally go with Kyuubi Mode, because I think it's dope lol

Assuming you need rinnegan for PS is bad on your part, but i would go with it cause there might be a technique that we havent seen yet that has a power to surrpress the 9 tails power

I thought so too but it wouldn't make sense for a rinnegan user to have a sharingan users tech maybe u need sh*t loads of chakra the more chakra you put into it the stronger it is? susanoo itself takes up alot of chakra but since madara has unlimited chakra i guess he has perfect susanoo

No it's not. Madara had it against Hashirama, but no Rinnegan. Case closed.

Jinchuriki's can control Naruto just couldn't cause he was young and in experienced with it,
