This are some very important questions left unknown and im just helping you guys remember it.

Where is Yamato? When/why did Obito go to Kiri and control a Mizukage? Who is "the one who knows everything" that Sasuke's searching for? What's in the scroll Suigetsu found? Why doesn't Obito use any rinnegan techniques? Where are Naruto's comrades that were heading towards him? Why isn't B doing anything anymore? ...Yeah, there's a lot more questions.

1: Yamato is chilling with a hashirama clone.
2: Plot hole its impossible for him to do that within the current time frame.
3: No one knows but presumably the previous hokages or his parents.
4: Probably an upgrade like the rinnegan since sasuke can utilize it.
5: It takes time to master the rinnegan as shown when nagato trained with jiraiya to master it.
6: No idea kishi forgot about them.
7: He was restrained since madara made it to the scene.
