This page says that Kyuubi can freely distribute chakra. The way he used to provide some whenever Naruto was on the verge of death. But this time its different. Providing chakra is different and Distributing it is a different thing.

Another page says

This page says that, there is no need for Kakashi to rely on his own chakra while using Sharingan, Kamui etc. because Kyuubi provided him some of it to use Kamui whenever Kakashi wants. So the amount of chakra provided by Kyuubi will always remain in Kakashi to use the Sharingan.
If you're good in calculations
So now Kyuubi's chakra = Half chakra (after getting half sealed in Minato) - chakra given to Kakashi (that too a little bit compared to Kyuubi's chakra reserve)

Kakashi will die....

in an event after the war. I use to think that Kakashi has an unfinished business of changing Obito's mind (after his father's words and Tobi's face revelation) But since Kakashi got a chakra reserve for his Sharingan, now I think, Kakashi's unfinished business is to fight with Sasuke once again. Its the same thing Hiruzen vs Orochimaru / Kakashi vs Sasuke. And this time Kakashi gonna die. And we know Sasuke will get the Rinnegan (because of the scroll) if he wants to.
