Who's to say that just because they are absorbed, the beasts can't remember who they were? Possibly naruto may be able to use there names to call out, and have them fight it from the inside. Or since they already had some 9 tails chakra, naruto didn't put some of his own chakra into the tailed beasts. We will have to wait and see.
