the chakra from the bijuu dama (tailed beast ball) was absorbed by the mazou gedo and this accelerated the revival of the dreaded tentails.. just a theory, which does explain all the stuff..

the crack in that force shield protecting gedo mazou would have been made by the afternoon tiger probably..
