      Have you heard of this manga before?

      Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kōen Mae Hashutsujo

      ^That's the title. I was looking for the best manga of all-time and I thought that if the manga has been running for a long time then that means people still read it and the creator continues to make it. Then I found this.
