He can PROBABLY Stand a chance because it's missing gyuki and kurama but no if it had both of them it would flick the air and madara's gone

maybbe but it may not be that weak since tobi took both six tail nine tails jinchuriki and they at least took alot of bee chakra in that clone trick that bee did so i think it will be close to full power not really that weak though.
