i wouldn't say that he can teleport but he can move in and out of the dimension ok but he ends up at the same spot when he does that.
i dont think he will do what obito does because the MS carry different power in each eye. like itachi one as tsukyumi and the other ametarasu so no he wont become like obito ok guys

The only major difference between both eyes are: 1 is for long range kamui and one is short range kamui.

True he's becoming stronger, although for the people that are saying that it takes him a while to do so that's correct. However.... Jutsu takes some practice, give him a little while and he will in and out like a boss :D

If he can learn how to use it and dramatically decrease the chakra is uses like he does with everything then i'm sure he will be *****ing :D
