Question about gifs

As you can see in my profile, i have a gif with cat eyes that close and open.
These eyes are mainly yellow, with some green.
I really cant seem to make a profile to my liking that fits with the colors in this gif,
so I was wondering if it was possible to change the coloring of the gif (the eyes)?

Could someone tell me how if this is possible?
How can I do that?
What programs would I need?
Or maybe someone wants to/can do it for me?

How it can be done by myself.

Well You can use photoshop and create a layer which is on top of ever other layer and make it an adjustment layer you can color it whatever you want whatever is below the adjustment layer s color will be changed in our case its your gif :D
