Kamui is not jutsu it's eyes power and Kakashi do not have any kunais left.(its kekei genkai)like Sasukes or itachis.Kamui its not jutsu its
a powerful dōjutsu.And only Uchihas has such dojutsu(and maybe Hyouga clan)
