The last pic of the zero squad the guy in the middle is a former kenpachi the 9th I believe. He was rumored to be the kenpachi with a bankai that can only be used every six months because it is so powerful.

I've actually seen one pic of him before and I'm pretty sure it said he was either a former kenpachi. Or that he was omaeda's dad.

That was from the novel written by Narita, and as far as we know, the characters and their abilities added in the novel were never confirmed as canon by Kubo. Kubo did applaud the novel and praised Narita for supposedly figuring out that Kenpachi could apparently scale his power to match his opponent's (which we've yet to see the extent of, though it probably doesn't matter given Kenpachi was utterly humiliated by Royd).

no its not that kenpachi..........that 1 died because he couldnt use his bankai around his friends...they would have died!
