Yes i would rewrite then entire war arc and kill more relevant ninja and not troll the bad guys....also i would for a good portion of the war(meaning longer then kishi) prevent naruto from interfering and let the other characters get more screen time

Made naruto smarter, obito more badass and evil (especially his reason for wanting to destroy the world), sakura more useful and tune down on the crying and finally made the war arc much better.

I think everyone would want different character development's. However.. I would show kakashi fighting the 7 swords men instead for fillers... I would take more time in the war and actually go in to a little more detail on strong characters that came back and got trolled like Hanzo, he took on the 3 legendary sannin and got owned by a guy with a sword.
I would like to of seen a little more strategy in the fights like when the brought down the Golver/silver brothers. Instate we get quick fight's that we don't even get to see.
Apart from that he's doing an alright job i guess.

yes... i wish that the war be erase in the manga... its so difficult even for kishi to control the outcome because so many characters involve... now and then he forgets a minute details of his story line... that what i think though!

I would have asked him to make Hanzo stronger, Madara less OP and give some flashbacks of the White fang.EDIT: Oh yeah and show in detail the battle at the valley of the end between Hashirama and Madara.
