byakugan has slow motion vision too, right?

i recently was recurring the battle between neji and kidomaru and while he was defending against kidomaru's spider technique neji saw everything in slow motion with his byakugan which gave him the chance to easily predict which one to attack.

so that does mean that byakugan has slow motion vision right?

I doubt it! It is actually more likely that the eyes instead allow for more increased senses and allows you to percieve the incoming attacks better! Due to many people relying on senses if his eyes were slowed down it is possible it could mentally effect his limbs making him move slower. Instead the Byakugan's ability to see far distances is changed to make it a limited range, but with an increased detail allowing someone like Neji to easily decifer which spider to attack!!!

Well, because he can see all of the attacks and due to his incredible reflexes, he can simultaneously avoid and attack at the same time. The slowmo reaction was just showing how fast his body was moving when he was doing it along with how incredible his reflexes were.
