sasuke > mokuton?

i was just wondering, during the fight between sasuke and diedra. it was shown that lightining element is way superior to the earth element users..
Mokuton as we all know is hashi's favourite and most powerful jutsu and again it was formed with the combo water and earth element (captain yamato said that). Which means that no matter how powerful or massive a mokuton jutsu is. a little lightinin needle is all that is needed to deactivate it. since it has earth elements in it and lightining element is > earth element. Then i guess sasuke who is a master of lightinin element would easly deactivates powerful mokuton jutsu's, though i don't know why kakashi hasn't use his lightining jutsu's to deactivates madara's dragon mokuton.. Anyway i'd like to hear other people's thought on this.

lightening can cut mokuton,sasuke already did that to yamato's but hashi's mokuton is way better because it absorbs chakra,any attempt to defend yourself with raiton is useless,because it will be sucked away by wood style

Not one little needle. It wont be deactivated. But lightning is strong against mokuton. Lightning should rip through it like its earth. Be alsk has blaze release and fire… Sasuke stands a better cchance against Madara mokuton but I dont think he can beat him.

Madara can no long create nor manipulate Mokuton.

Mokuton is not like Deidara's clay, Mokuton just keeps growing from new sources, if you stop one branch, there is another 10 coming, it just does not end.

You are forgetting that hashirama's mokuton was far much stronger than yamato's, it could hold the kyuubi and repel bijuu bombs itself so basing on this assumption i would have to say, no, sasuke,s lighting jutsus are not the best jutsus to use against mokuton espically when iit'sbeing used by madara.
