Can we all remember and give the props to Sakura once again for being so intelligent in regards to Obito’s jutsu? Did someone actually remembered her when reading this chapter and saw how Obito removed parts of his body to avoid the attacks?

I genuinely hope that Kishi actually shines some spotlight on her in coming chapters, because (if you watched the above video), she hasn't and positive development in a long time. And I wanna see her become more powerful than Tsunade like she was hinted too! That little piece of analysis you pointed out in this post shows that she has some serious brains and potential!

However, it's not to respect what I have to say, it's just how Kishi portrayed her. She might not be that good personality-wise because she makes mistakes (I wonder who doesn't, but that's another subject) but as a ninja she is a great asset and it's not the first time this is shown to us.
Ninjas with great capability of analyzing are always of good use.
This way you can quickly reformulate a counter-attack.

I don't know about other people, but I like her personality and who she is. Sure she may have made some mistakes, but some has other people. Who hasn't, but she is a good person who cares for others and her analytical skills always helps others out in situations so that they can come up with what to do next. In general I have always held her as a favorite character since the very beginning.

Do people really hate Sakura that much?? I mean enough to defend her. The main thing that I see most people complaining about is her relationship with Naruto since most people like Hinata better.. But really who cares about that. And OT: I mean I guess this is cool that she guessed it from way back then but it wasn't really used effectively until Kakshi figured out the main points of it but that's to be expected from Kakashi.

And on a sidenote I am pretty indifferent to Sakura one way or the other.. She has good fights and then at times she seems completely useless I think its more of an issue with the Manga industry as a whole and how women are portrayed in Manga than her actual character development...

True. At the beginning she was that little fangirl, lol, but as time passed, she started to grow. She represents the normal human being. Does stupid things, regrets, cries, comes back, rises, fells sorry for it, continue working hard.
However, Sakura's had her own skills ever since the beginnings. She didn't had any special powers, but let's not forget she's the booby traps specialist.

In Forest of Death she prepared a trap for the others and actually showed great physical prowess ever since that when she had to carry that big piece of wood. And she was fairly skinny and had 12 years.

Also, she is a good deceiver. Hell, she took out by deceiving 4 Konoha rookies. Even Kakashi was impressed with her.

Personality wise she can be disliked or whatever, but ninja-wise she has her own merits, even if people downplay her.

Funny enough I like both NaruSaku, NaruHina and SasuSaku.

Only reason people hate Sakura so much is because Kishi focused way more on Sasuke and Naruto's Char Development. For example the only development she got was her fighting Sasori and that's the one time she wasn't despised because she actually had a major role. After that it went all downhill because whenever she got screentime it just made her seem like a nuisance compared to Naruto and Sasuke. But like you said she is pretty smart.

Another thing.the only way I can see her character growing is by Tsunade dying because lets face it. Jiraiya's and Itachi's death are what made Naruto and Sasuke even better than they are now. I kind of doubt it thought because even if she does die, there's no way she can become stronger than she already is during the war unless there is a timeskip.

In the fight with Sasori she proved how great asset she is to a team. Chiyo herself stated that she couldn't take on Sasori on his own.

Hell, even Sasori praised her! An damn S-rank criminal with quite a large experience.

And Chiyo a woman with 2 wars of experience in the back.

Why won't people just accept that she is great in her own way?

Yes, out of the 3, she is the smartest and is on par with Shino. And they come second after Shikamaru.

And with chakra control, well, she had perfect chakra control for a rookie as Kakashi stated himself.

So she does have her own merits.

Every ninja is special in their own way and so is Sakura.

However, the whole power-up can be fairly resolved with a flashback like Kishi shortly explained how she learned evasion skills.
And it only took one page.

Potential, she has, smart is, it's only up to Kishi to do something with her.

Oh snap, Chatte! I nearly forgot all about this! Yet another reason Sakura deserves respect for her intelligence. When you think about, there is a lot of scenario's in Naruto where Sakura has been able to analyze a jutsu by only seeing it once and successfully I might add. Good on you for bringing this up though.

It really doesn't make sense, to be honest she's actually a very useful, intelligent shinobi, but sadly she just doesn't see enough screen time for people to notice this. What's worse is that all anyone ever takes away from her when she does make an appearance(rare as of late) is that she's whiny, or she just cries, but again it's just the way her character is viewed by most for whatever reason. Just look past her not so great moments and realize she has a lot of good moments as well.

The chapter yesterday was confirming, until now people doubted Sakura's analyze saying that it's not possible.
Well, yesterday it made it possible.
So my thread treats quite a different side of it.
