Well, I'm a huge Naruto fan..but he can barely take Obito and Madara....wtf can he do to the Juubi?!

At some point Naruto will find a way to use the power that the other tailed beasts gave him. I believe we will see some lame ass plot twist going all the way back to his fight with Gaara, showing that he was somehow given some of the Ichibis chakra, perhaps the Ichibi choosed to believe in him - or Gaara did it unknowingly.
Whatever it is, I think Naruto will bring out the power to defeat the Jubi in an instant. After this he will be completely out of chakra. Either the allied forces show up to help out, or Gai will go 8th gate to make an escape for Naruto. Naruto will meet up with the kages and force, and will restore chakra. Possibly Sasuke will have time to join the battle, whatever side he chooses is still unknown, it is even likely that he changes side during the battle.
Anyway this^^ would be the most predictable scenario, but Kishi has countless of possibilities as it is right now. Personally I could see one, where Sasuke summons Madara to his location - somehow. So the allied force can fight the Jubi together, but who knows..
