It's not bad. The only reason people didn't want it to be Obito is because of all the "stupid" theories people put out there and when it was indeed Obito people felt... wrong? Either that or he was just a pus*y who doesn't have the guts to take over the world.

I'm just going to point it out... Kishimoto lacks writing skills.
I don't mind the whole Obito being Tobi and Madara coming back as an edo, but the story could have been better in so many ways. The Naruto story has gone downhill since shippuden started, and I can't imagine going uphill after Obito being Tobi.
I'm excited to see what's going to happen next though, and I'm really excited to see how this whole story is going to end.

I'm just stating the obvious. For example the whole destiny thingy in the whole series... First it was like "destiny doesn't exist!" to Neji and stuff, and now he's "The destined child". A lot of battles have been won with talk-no-jutsu, and there are powerups like every 70 chapter. Don't get me wrong, the series is good, but could have been A LOT better.
