You've said something like that before, and let me answer again. SASUKE IS AN UCHIHA, it is naturally easier for him to use his techniques with less chakra. Also, Sasuke has high chakra reserves, while Kakashi, statistically, does not.

the part that got me was when naruto randomly says something about chidori....then obito repeats it.....i think something was up with kishi....the manga chapter was a bit jumpy....but the plot of it was fine....kurama giving the chakra explained how kakashi was able to recover and helped the plot.....i think kishi was just exicited to revive the juubi though

I think they are both not going full force. Obito did show some weakness when Kakashi was saying he sees him as a hero. I said it somewhere else, Obito seems to keep trying to push Kakashi away so he doesn't have to hear him anymore. He keeps saying 'shut up' which totally shows how Kakashi's words get to him. When you look at the people Tobi killed before, Kakashi would not be a match for him. Seriously, he could probably have killed him if he really wanted to. Instead he tries to get rid of him or make him go quiet. Now everything got interrupted by the juubi but it really looks like Obito has some feelings left. At least it looks like he was drawn like that.
