Why didin't Kakashi killed Obito with Chidori or Raikairi when Kakashi was on obito's ms dimension? I wonder.............

Cause he's not strong enough mentally after having to stand over Rin's grave because of his own hands. Despite Obito being the way he is now, Kakashi doesn't want to do that again. That's my opinion anyways.
