i guess it's because of how she was first portrayed... You know the saying "First impressions are the most important"... Well the first impression we got of sakura was just this weak girl who loved another boy... And considering how this is a ninja world, most people would expect her to be more than that (which she is showing in shippuden)... So it's basically her first impressions that piss people off :P

I know that, I have seen it but, it's just stupid to hate a fictional character. . . . . . . . . very stupid. :y :shrug:

Plus, the thing that everybody says that she is useless is stupid too cuz, if she was really useless she wouldn't be in the Manga at all.
