Sakura has amazing chakra control, and can enchant her strength like Tsunade.

(A)Raikage is strong and has his lightning armor.

I saw Tsunade vs Raikage but it was in the anime. Tsunade was owning A she was about to smash his hand ,but at the last minute she loosed her grip. And A used his V2 speed and smashed her hand down and won. epic Tsunade clearly owned him but plot made her lose !

Even so, Sakura still isn't as strong as Tsunade. I think the Raikage would win in all seriousness though. Not against Tsunade, but he could win against Sakura.

Exactly, everyone knows Sakura isnt strong as Tsunade but she is strong . Tsunade was clearly owning the Raikage badly. I'm pretty sure Sakura is strong enough to win . Raikage is strong but his strength is natural. Sakura enchants her strength so I see her winning. But it would be funny as hell :D

Btw, Tsunade uses raw strength, not chakra enhancement. If she did that, she'd be even stronger.

She uses both, however has great raw strength as well.

And Sakura has been showed to have great physical power on her own.

Remember in Forest of Death that she made that booby trap from that big wooden log or however is called?
Well she was 12, fairly skinny, exhausted because she had to take care for both Sasuke and Naruto yet she did manage to lift that log on herself.

Plus, her punch that send Ino in the fight meters away.

So she isn't that weak naturally either.

So in order to be able to do it, you have to have the strength as well. Which Sakura has.

Its the reason why she loses. Her strength isn't on par with tsunades yet mostly because her natural raw strength isn't up to par with her. If she had tsunades raw strength, then she would win, but she doesn't. I thought this would be self explanatory .
