[Predictions] The Zero Divison!!

I think there's still some secrets that are left behing in the dust. Now, i personally believe that Isshin Kurosaki was once a former Zero Division Captain. Meaning way stronger than the Captain of The Zero Division.
When Isshin first, when back to his shinigami uniform, he battle gran-fisher. His spiritual Pressure was way above Ichigo's BigTime!!!Even Hirako notice the spiritual pressure.
Now the Question comes in mind, Why hasn't Isshin told Ichigo the TRUTH about Himself and Ichigo's birth!!!!!
Urahara-San Knows the TRUTH I believe but That's My question.
2) I believe one of the Zero Division Captains will Regconized Ichigo's spiritual Pressure, His Last Name, and will REVEAL SOME JUICY STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

.......I have to say...I expected the members of Zero Squad to look...I don't know...a little more boss. They look kind of goofy. The one girl on the right and the dude in the middle look pretty hard core, but they look like they are surrounded by Elvis, a black stereotype, and the fat lady looks ready to sing. Still, Im sure they are all hard-core though.

I think they look okay.
The chubby woman draw my attention because it is the first time I've seen a corpulent women drawn by Kubo.
I suppose her to be Kirio.
For above predictions: I don't think so. I think the Zero squad already knows about Ichigos existence and everything but they aren't gonna split it out soon.

The second ones from the left and right (guy with toothpick, and the girl with the pissed/bored expression) are the only cool or zero division looking ones. The other three feel VERY out of place....just like how many of the Sternritter looked out of place :/

I agree Isshin's reiatsu is not recognized by any of the gotei 13 perhaps hearing the name Kurosaki will set things off.
