This is a theory that just came to me from like my subconscious mind(I was high). And since I don't want to look like an idle member so here it goes:
EVERY battle between good vs evil in manga has to end right before the bad guy is about to win. So imagine that Obito and Madara have brought out the moon and their gonna unleash tsukuyomi. At this same moment Naruto gets desperate and connects the juubi to his own body. Naruto redirects the unlimited energy from the juubi to Obito/Madara catching all them in an endle
ss loop of the infinite tsukuyomi. This causes the summoned moon to break down. This falls on Madara/Obito/Juubi to seal them away in a huge mountain. Miraculously Naruto escapes with GuyKakashiBee.
Only way he winning against Madara/Juubi

Naruto isn't compatible with the juubi, he needs the rinnegan. But i think kishi was hinting that the juubi is pure natural chakra, sagemode uses natural chakra so we'll see.
