How to combine gifs into one gif? +++ rep.

Handing out ++++ rep for the help.
I find it obvious that I would give rep for the help, but I saw several people in here state it specifically, so I thought i might do that as well.

I noticed that they do not work as avatar.
Could their size be somehow changed, so that they work as an avatar as well?

and

I would like to combine several of these cat gifs, into one gif, to use as signature and in my profile. Like 2, 3 or more cats next to each other.
Is that possible?
