I will be administrating your test and the rules are as followed:

• You may only use Water, Wind, Nin, Tai and Gen.
• You may use custom jutsu only if they are related to the above techniques.
• Breaking the rules will result in the failure of the test.
• I will be using all 5 elements and Nin/Tai/Gen.

• Location: Barren wasteland with large boulders scattered through the area.

"Well... Well... A Kiyoshi has come to challenge me. Haven't seen the likes of you since forever. Where have your clan been hiding?" Blizzard called playfully getting ready for the battle, a mighty opponent standing in-front of him. He knew he had to make the first call of the battle, and he wasn't going to make it easy for the fellow. Judging all the surroundings carefully, he then started the battle "I call upon the hell fire!" raises his hand swinging it down, and a ball of fire appears in the sky descending down on his opponent. The illusion seems so real that it might startle any normal shinobi. The fire ball wasn't small, it was size of humongous boulder, ready to burn Casshern to crisp.

Description: The user casts an illusion where the opponent sees a huge ball of fire descending from the sky and enveloping its target.

As soon as the fire ball starts to descend down on the kiyoshi, Blizzard takes out two shurikens, and spews out wind elemental chakra on them, sending both shurikens from either direction (right & left) of the opponent, aiming to cut his waist and neck in half from left and right side respectively. "hmph..." he whispers.
