An Odd Alliance - Percy and the Gray Fox Head to Kumo

[Typhon]

After a long trip from the Land of Iron I stop at a large tree sitting at the edge of Konoha.

Gray Fox: Hmm....this is certainly the tree described in the message. It appears the man I was told would be here is late.

I look around for any signs of movement and see none.

Gray Fox: Typical.....these Shinobi are always a hassle to work with.

I remove the long katana from my hip and sit against the tree letting the shade keep me cool.

[Lord of Kaos]

After arriving in the Leaf Village from his last escapade throughout the ninja world, Percy goes to his run to watch Jersey Shore only to find out that this week's episode came on yesterday.



Gah! Damn it, I missed this week's episode! Eh, I'll just catch it later. Wait, Jersey Shore came on today....that means it's Thursday! Dammit, I'm late!

Percy quickly rushes to the front of the Village, making sure to grab the gold he got from the Kazekage before he takes off. As he makes it to the forest in front of the village, he heads to a certain tree he picked out. Upon arriving to the tree, he sees the man he told to meet him.

Sorry about being late. I got held up in Iwa and on top of that I missed my TV show. Anyway, you ready?

[Typhon]

Fox hears the voice as he sits against the tree with his eyes closed. He looks up to see the leaf ninja approaching, appearing to be a little out of breath, most likely due to rushing to the location. With a slight sigh he uses his sheathed katana to push himself up to his feet.

Fox: The money?

He cut right to business, holding out his hand as he asked.

As Percy begins to speak, he is quickly cut off.

>.> Straight to the chase I see. Well, lucky for me, I was able to get some Gold from the Kazekage when I was in Iwa. This shall do.

Percy reaches in his pocket and pulls out a sack of Gold sand, extremely valuable.

You wouldn't believe the things I have to go through to get that. There was this gay kid...Ah, nevermind. There are more pressing matters. Shall we?

[Typhon]

Fox takes the pouch and gives it a quick jingle. Concluding that the amount is sufficient he tosses the bag back towards the woods where a man appears from behind a tree and catches it.

Fox: Take it back to Alu-sama.

The nameless samurai nods his head and makes off.

Fox: Right, lets head out. And be warned, the moment this mission is over, our alliance ends. Got it?

Fox wasn't there for pleasantries. Money was offered for a mission, and he was there to carry it out. Konoha, Kumo, he couldn't care less about sides. To him they were all the enemy.

Whoa! Where did he come from?! He appeared out of the shows like a ninja! or a magician or something! And I'm keeping my eye on you as well. I know that relations between Samurai and shinobi haven't been ideal lately...

Percy and Fox take off, walking East from Konoha's gates, heading towards the Hot Water Country's coast. After walking for a few moments, Percy thinks they should take a faster route somehow.

Hey, let's make a few handseals and......well, maybe we can summon a ....how about using wind chakra to ....you know no ninjutsu sir. That makes this trip so much longer. >< Though I could summon a Liger to take us there....Ah, screw it, let's walk and become friends. ^_^

The Ninja was odd to Fox, different from the ones he had met in the past. His carelessness was disarming.

Fox: Ninjutsu and summons, they make the body and mind weak boy. All a warrior needs is his blade.

The suggestion that the two become friends cought Fox off guard.

Fox: Hmph. Just guide us to the location, then get the hell out of my way kid. I ain't here to make friends.

Weak? We'll see about weak when we get there, old man. My jutsu is made for the warrior who wishes to win at any cause.

As they reach the coast, Fox remarks about how he doesn't care for friendship, slightly angering Percy in the process.

By the Gods, I'll be glad when this is over. -_- I forgot to set my Tivo....again.....*sigh* Anyway, we've made it to the river. How do you suggest we cross Mr. Samurai? By slashing out with our Katana?

As Percy goads the samurai, he makes a short string of handseals, causing the earth under them to rise and floats, taking them across the sea towards the small set of islands seen across the shore from them. As they land on the small island (Which is Point 19 on the Shinobi World Map), Percy looks out to his right (looking to the South), towards the Water Country, and his past home Kirigakure. Remembering how things ended between his past village and his new one, he decided it would be optimal if he doesn't attempt to enter into their territory, instead causing the earth under him to raise once more, taking him towards the left coast of Point 17.

Percy's words were strangely familiar. An image of Genji slipped into Fox's head, explaining the foundations of their Clan.

Fox: The will to win at any cause, huh? In another life you may have made a fine Yakuza.

The pair stopped at the coast as Percy joked about the Samurai's reliance on the sword.

Fox: Watch your tongue kid, you may not be as bad as the rest of these ninja, but that doesn't mean I won't hesitate to take your head. Just because we don't use ninjutsu doesn't mean we can't control our chakra, lets just walk-!

As he said that the earth lifted free and began to move the two across the water.

Fox: Tch...Showing off are we?

If you think this is showing off, wait til you see what I can do with water.

As the earth floats towards point 17, Percy looks around the northern side of the coast, the side facing Kumo and notice the large amounts of trees on the island as well as near the Southern coast of Kumo.

Good, they won't be able to see us coming thanks to the trees blocking their location..., what about a doujutsu user?

Percy turns towards Kumo and flips them off, hoping a doujutsu user is looking out there way. As the floating earth comes close to the island, Percy and Fox jump off, facing east, and travel the length of the island.

Alright Samurai Jack, let's get to it.

Barney flies on his sexy crane summoning, on his regular patrol duty near the borders of the Land of Fire, telling a joke to Dawn...

...and then the guy grabed her tits and she slaped him...hahahah

...when suddenly Dawn informs him about two familiar chakra signatures nearby.

As Barney says that, they fly towards the two ninja fossiles.

As Percy and Fox float towards land, the samurai ignores the gloating of the young ninja. Instead he begins to calm his body and mind, preparing for battle as they near their destination.

Any alteration to the balance (enemy attacking) will alert the samurai and act quicker.

Just as he finishes preparing himself, Fox becomes aware of the incoming Bird and Ninja. Looking over his shoulder he places a his left hand on the hilt of his katana while his right hand grips the sheath.

Fox: You expecting friends Percy?

I wasn't expecting anyone....but by the looks of it, It's Barney, another ninja from my village. He is a friend, it's okay. Anyway, time to head out. Let's go to Petco....

As he speaks, he continues walking forward, Percy reaches the coast of the the island, looking forward. Pausing for a moment as he takes a deep breath, focusing his mind, thinking of the several dangerous foes he has met on his numerous journeys and thinks of what must be done in order to keep the peace in Konoha from being destroyed and if that means destroying others, it's a fate he is willing to accept. Percy thinks of the numerous ninja that are within the grounds of Kumo and his many allies here and how many of them might have died to the Kumo ninja. Allowing his anger to rise, Percy gives in to to the rage, allowing it to power his body and his speed increases tremendously as a deep dark chakra covers his person, giving him a dark red chakra coating as he rushes forward, running along the water towards Hanakusa (whatever that is).

[Typhon]

Fox: If you says so, just make sure he stays out of my way.

Following behind Percy, Fox notices a sudden shift in the boy's demeanor. A dark aura forms around him as his bloodlust rises.

Fox: Interesting...

As Percy runs forward, he stops in his tracks as a gigantic squid rises from the sea, swinging it's several tentacles (?) around in the air, with great anger emanating from him. As he looks our way, Percy grabs his sword ( a regular katana) with his right hand and channels raiton chakra in it as he rushes at the enormous squid, jumping high into the air. As he jumps into the air and the squid attempts to restrain him, he swings his sword from his left hip upwards, releasing an arc of lightning aimed at the squid. Immediately after releasing the arc, Percy drops the useless sword and makes a handseal, causing the arc to expand in size and power, even more so than it would have done so on it's on. As the arc cuts through the squid, Percy falls back down to the water and given the angle he used the jutsu, he doesn't have to worry about it hitting the water, causing him any harm.

As I was saying, let's go to Petco....

The Squid is hit by the attacks and sinks back into the abyss, dead. Fox cracks his neck as he sheathes his sword.

Fox: Not bad kid, lets keep moving.

Not bad. For a samurai.

Percy then continues onward, traveling towards something that caught his eye when he jumped to attack the squid. As he rushes forward, he notices what seems to be like an entire island moving quickly, as if it were alive. Coming closer to the strange oddity but still a few meters away, he notes it to be exactly what he and Fox were searching for. Not one to waste time, Percy channels chakra to his legs and launches himself into the air, channeling large amounts of Satsui no Hado chakra to his arm. As he channels the chakra, he begins his descent on the giant creature, rising his arm in the air as he does so.

Feel the power of a true god, foul beast!

As he falls to the creature's head, he calls forth a bolt of lightning, causing it to strike as he brings his arm crashing down into the skull of the giant turtle, causing a massive crater to appear from the impact of hitting him with such a deadly attack and sending concussive waves throughout the turtle's head from impact. As the hit lands, a gigantic wave of Satsui no Hado chakra ripples from Percy's fist, causing burns to appear along the turtle's head as Typhon launches himself into the sky as well.

Kongou Kokuretsu Zan | Diamond Country Splitting Cut

Description: The user gathers large amounts of Satsui no Hado manipulated chakra and raises his arm towards the sky and charges all the chakra into said arm, which takes around a second or two. Then, he violently slams his fist on the ground which results in an explosion of pure energy, which first takes the form of a lightning bolt and then emanates outwards in a shock wave of energy. The resulting wave has such a large amount of Satsui no Hado chakra inside it that the wave itself becomes physically harmful, destroying the terrain as it spreads outward in a destructive manner. The wave is powerful enough to force opponents backwards from the user, with the waves hot enough to slightly burn and singe the skin slightly of the opponent caught in the wave (not hot enough to incapacitate a foe however). The point of contact, where the user's arm strikes, becomes completely shattered and leaves a crater of 6 meters deep (around 20 feet) and 10 meters wide (around 30 feet), with the user left standing in the middle. The sheer force and power of the strike is so great that it causes a slight earthquake to be felt around the field; this earthquake alone causes no damage to any opponent, unless they are under ground, of course. The wave is so great that opponents caught in it will feel great heat emanating from it, causing small first degree burns along their body. If the opponent is struck head-on, the impact will cause their body to be severely injured, the point of impact on the said enemy will have it's bones struck with enough force to shatter them almost completely, (similar to how Gaara's sand shattered the bones in Lee's arm when they battled during the Chuunin exams), along with causing slight paralysis, not literally paralyzing the foe, but it causes their speed to become slowed to levels of Gaara's, perhaps the slowest moving canon character. Coincidentally, if they already move this slow, then their speed will be dropped even further due to the strike. Broken bones, and ruptured internal organs with slowed speed awaits a downed foe once they are struck with this jutsu. However, despite all the wonders granted by this jutsu, it also has severe drawbacks. Only capable of using it thrice, the user is only able to use one other jutsu during the turn this is used, and it must be a Satsui no Hado natured jutsu. The user is also left with great pressure on the arm he performed the jutsu with, causing it to become severely injured and after using it, he can only use ninjutsu for the following three turns, no taijutsu nor kenjutsu with said arm. The user is only able to use one other jutsu that same turn he uses this jutsu as well.
Notes:
*No taijutsu/kenjutsu for two turns with said arm.
*Can only be used thrice with an interval of at least 3 turns
*Cannot be used with any other chakra enhancing mode such as Sage Mode or EIG or various other modes which increases the users chakra/speed
*After using, the user is left with high levels of fatigue and can only use ninjutsu for the following three turns, but no lightning ninjutsu during those turns
*Can only be used by learners of the Satsui no Hado

Barney watches all the action, safe on his bird, from above. Still, he prepares for any necessary action in case something goes wrong. As the squid is demolished and sinks back into the sea, he smirks and continues flying closely to the pair.

[Typhon]

Fox sits back and watches the ninja launch his attack, warming himself. He was impressed by the power generated by such a small figure. He let Percy move to a safe distance before dealing the killing blow. Fox closes his eyes while gathering his chakra throughout his body and focusing a large portion of it into his blade. The chakra begins to emanate from his body giving him a radiant glow. He runs towards the spot Percy struck and leaps into the air above it. With all his might he brings down the blade on the same spot, releasing the tremendous chakra aiming to cause the already injured skull to crack in two.

Description: The user first applies chakra to most of his body until it radiates off of his skin, then by rearing back the user then preforms a powerful chop to the earth itself with a subsequent wave blast surrounding him on both sides. Although the wave increases the range of it somewhat, the true damage property is a point-blank range. If the opponent is near when this move takes place it means near instant death as the chakra pressure seems to crush there bodies once released.

The powerful attack cleaves through the bone of the turtle causing it to give out a tremendous roar as life fades from its eyes. Fox falls to a knee, breathing heavily and covered in the turtle's blood.

Fox:...It.....is......done......

After striking the turtle's skull, Percy jumps back off the skull, landing on the eastern coast of Kumogakure.

Percy makes one handseal and crouches low to the earth, placing his hand on the earth, callowing great amounts of chakra to enter the earth, allowing him to sense everything in contact with the earth, alerting him to any incoming ninja that might approach their area.

Good, we got eyes in the sky. You can see if someone comes from the sky and can see further along the earth then we can. Let's move.

Percy and his allies take off, heading west across the Lightning Country, towards the Kage Rivers. As they travel, Percy continues to bask in his rage, allowing himself to stay completely angry, ready to decimate and destroy. Percy also makes periodical glances around him, making sure that no one sees them approaching and that they see no one unless on their terms.

Upon arriving at the river, Percy bites his thumb, and wipes bloods across the seal around his wrist, summoning Odysseus, the Suiton expert of all Ligers.

Description: The smartest of all Ligers, Odysseus stands at the height of a bear standing on his his hind legs and is often called the Liger of the Mist, due to one of his 3 abilities that he can use: Odysseus is able to spit out a thick mist ( twice per battle ) that covers a short-long range, that the user can use to create mist -related jutsus with, that the user nor the opponent can see through. However, this works in well with Odysseus second ability: Odysseus can sense the whereabouts of anything within the mist due to it being his chakra within the air. He then uses his telekinetic communication with his summoner to divulge the location of the opponent. As the Hozuki creates the clone, Barney wonder if he should make a clone himself and send him as support to the Hozuki, but then he realizes that there's no need as of now. The trio keeps proceeding towards Kumogakure.
