After SO6P defeated juubi and sealed in his body then make his eye evolve to rinnegan

The juubi itself has rinnegan eye with six tomoe, each tomoe is simbolize tailed beast power.

That's why in incomplete form the juubi has only 7 tomoe, other tomoe simbolize hachibi and kyuubi.

My conclusion is eye power : rinnegan and sharingan is the power belong to juubi, it's why make hatred
