Kakashi first, then me and him could go back for Naruto and Gaara. I'd leave Naruto tied up so he doesn't insist on rescuing Sasuke. Having freed three of my friends, I'd go back and carry Itachi out, still tied up and wearing a blindfold so he can't Genjutsu me into rescuing Sasuke.
And I'd leave Sasuke there. Then he can ponder as he slowly dies how he's ostracised every last one of his comrades with his absurd irrational lust for vengeance. If you try and kill all your friends, who's gonna be there to rescue you when you need them, huh, Sasuke?
