On topic; Hashirama, Madara, and we haven't seen enough of Obito to compare against Yamato so its a 50/50 for now, leaning to Yamato.

I agree with you, but I don't know that Yamato is necessarily better than Obito. Sure, we haven't seen much mokuton out of Obito, but he relies on other techniques. Given that, it's possible that he is capable of doing more with it.

Hashirama is the first known shinobi to use Mokuton, quite obvious that he should be ranked first. Madara is also quite proficient at using it, so is Yamato when he managed to supress the Kyubi's chakra many times in the manga and anime. As for Obito, he is only seen to use Mokuton during his fight against the Kiri ninja along with Kamui and he used Mokuton for Izanagi later on so it is hard to say.

Please keep in mind that it was Edo-Madara who achieved usuage of Mokuton. Normal Madara had no access to the kkg.
