one, tsunade is alive, two it wont take her as long as u might think for her to heal, and three, the real problem here is that her version of healing jutsu also shortens her life span, and thus that is how she will go out, the question is how many people does she save, or wat insane powerup does someone get from her use of wat i would think is her final trump card... which some kind of healing or power amplifying sage mode tech is not out of the question... another option is a kamakazi like sealing jutsu she might have for getting madara out of the picture, as she has shown skills in sealing jutsu's in the past... i dont think it will be the reaper death seal, but something like it.... doubtfull though, more leaning toward healing and powering someone up enough to take down madara...

yeah tsunade is done. she will revive the other 5 kages and then kakashi or naruto will be appointed hokae. hopefully kakashi, so that naruto can become jounin and train a squad. as for slug sage mode, sakura would be the most resonable person in the nv to obtain that power.

for the people continually repeating she is cut in half... it is also shown that the slug (forget her name at the moment, katsui or something) summon can easily fix that... and tsunade can easily absorb the chakra from her to heal ... but she is going to do something else rediculous in power for the other kage's... so before downing the slug princess lets just remember that w/o her almost all of our favorite characters would be dead or useless right now....

Here's my theory;

As we all know, Naruto's dream since day one was to become hokage and by the end of the manga he will achieve his dream. The manga is almost over so Tsuande must die, or step down. At the moment she isn't looking so good and I think she'll die saving the other kage. Giving Naruto his chance to become hokage.

Last she said she csn still save the Kage so most likely it was entailed that Tsunade will die saving the others. At the moment Katsuyu is moving about getting the other Kage to be brought to where Tsunade is in order for her to heal them
